Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What counts as a "project"?
A project is a single deployed application with its own database, auth configuration, and billing context. Environments (dev, staging, production) within the same project do not count separately.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Enterprise trials are arranged case-by-case — reach out to discuss your requirements.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
On the Starter plan, requests that exceed CDN bandwidth limits return a 429 until the next billing cycle. On Pro, usage is metered and we will reach out if sustained overages occur.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% across all paid plans. The switch is instant from your billing settings.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is scoped per team. We will structure a contract based on your team size, SLA requirements, and projected usage. Email [email protected] to start the conversation.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?
Yes. You own your data. You can export everything — projects, configurations, usage history — as JSON or CSV from your account settings at any time. We also retain your data for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to migrate.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not currently. Zutra is a managed service — infrastructure, updates, and security patches are handled for you. If self-hosting is a hard requirement for compliance reasons, reach out via the Enterprise plan and we can discuss a dedicated deployment.
