We build the plumbing so you build the product.
Zutra started as internal tooling at a B2B SaaS company. After the third time we rebuilt the same auth system, the same billing integration, the same deployment pipeline — we realized the problem wasn't us. It was the ecosystem.
Every SaaS product spends 80% of its early engineering budget on infrastructure that has nothing to do with the actual product. We built Zutra to collapse that into a single, opinionated, production-ready layer.
We are a small, technical team. We ship slowly and carefully. We care about the quality of what we build more than the number of features we can announce.
What we believe
Craft over speed
We build things the right way the first time. Moving fast is worthless if the thing you build doesn't hold together.
Radical transparency
Open metrics, public roadmap, honest changelogs. If we broke something, we say so clearly.
Developer-first
Every decision is evaluated from the perspective of the engineer using the product at 11pm to ship a deadline.
Subtract before adding
We say no to features more than we say yes. Complexity is always a cost, never a feature.
